“A new artistic vision for a High Definition workforce in the heart of New York State”

UCTN, The Upper Catskill Television Network, was founded by international filmmakers, Joseph C. Stillman and Brian Williams. This not-for-profit corporation, will be based in Oneonta, New York and is the first regional High Definition (HD) TV production network in the Northeastern part of the United States. 

When fully implemented and staffed, it could employ as many as two hundred writers, directors, designers, actors, musicians, technicians, and support people in the course of a year.  A key mandate of UCTN will be to integrate emerging college and university film and media studies majors with seasoned professionals in the motion picture and television industry to create unique content, which will originate from this area.
