Charles Bremer, Board Member
Is a former arts council president, present day artist and photographer whose work has been
exhibited both in the United States and internationally. His art includes a diverse
range of practice from photography and drawing to outdoor installations of sound
sculpture, memorial plazas and architectural projects. His home and studios are located
along Briar Creek in Otego, New York where he lives with his wife Martha.

Diana Friedell, Board
Member
Currently is a lecturer in Theatre Arts at
Hartwick College, an assistant director at La
Paloma films and has been teaching acting for
Orpheus Teen Workshops and other venues for the
past years. She has been directing,
producing, acting and working backstage in the
community for over twenty years. |

Andy
Puritz, Secretary
An attorney, an actor and
writer who lives in Oneonta, New York with his
wife, veterinarian Joan Puritz, and their four
children. He looks forward to UCTN
becoming an important center in New York State
for the creation of high quality programming and
high tech production. Andy is also active
in public affairs and voting rights issues. |

Joseph
C. Stillman, President
Brings thirty years of
projects in the motion picture and television
industry to UCTN. His background has
encompassed a variety of complex and award
winning films in many countries from
international co-productions in the America's to
Europe. As creator of the first regional
dramatic TV series in the history of PBS, his
commitment to the development of talent in the
Central New York area is the genesis for The
Upper Catskill Television Network. |

Brian
Williams, Vice President/Treasurer
With twenty-five years in
New York as a producer of television
commercials, documentaries and motion pictures,
filmed both nationally and internationally, he
brings experience and enthusiasm to UCTN. |
